Terms and Conditions of Hire:

Above rates are based on 10hours per shift, 6 days per week and 26 days in a month.
We will charge you minimum10 hours per working day. Same for night shift and a proportional additional rate will be
charged for every extra hour used on pro rate basis Except any deduction of break down

1. Payment must be made in 30 days from the submission of invoice.

2. Hire period start from the time of departure of the machine from our yard & continue until the Return of the machine in good
working condition.
3. Diesel is arranged by Main Contractor.
4. Driver/ operator FAT will be on AL NAJWA TRADING & TRASNPORTATION CO.
5. You will provide required gate pass for the maintenance & services and we will provide you the Necessary documents.
6. Transportation charges will be Charged if the work is less than30 Days.
7. In Case of Release of equipment, inform us with a notice 3days before. Otherwise we will Charge 3 days Working hours from
you.
