Notes:

1. Every prefect of the houses will be rating the extent of all the members’ participation in the making of the short film. The prefect will
have the autonomy to rate each member from 1-10, one being the lowest and 10 the highest. This rating shall be added to the score of
the short film to ensure fairness in individual grades.
2. There may be parts of the film that can use the Filipino language, since the setting is in the Philippines, or any other language as
deemed necessary, provided that there will be English subtitle.
3. The shortest duration of the film must be 10 minutes and the longest 15 minutes, including opening sequence and closing credits. A
deduction of 5 points will be made if the film is shorter than 10 minutes, and a deduction of 3 points will be made id the film is longer
than 15 minutes.
