We are happy to inform that ISRM (lndia) in association with Central Board of lrrigation & Power (CBIP), lnternational Geosynthetic
Society (lndia) is organizing second national level workshop on "Slope Stabilization Challenges in lnfrastructure Projects" on 01-02
February 2024, at CBIP, Malcha Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi.

he objective of this curtain raiser workshop is to sensitize the upcoming event of ISRM lnternational Symposium and the 13h Asian
Rock Mechanics Symposium 2024 scheduled to be held on 22-27th September 2024 at New Delhi to provide a forum for Design and
Construction Engineers for Analyzing the stability of slopes of earth and rock-fill dams, Slopes of other types of embankments, Excavated
slopes, and Natural slopes in soil and soft rock, methods for analysis of slope stability, strength tests, analysis of conditions, and factors
safety, use of geosynthetics for slope stability, etc.

e are expecting participants who are involved in different sophisticated professions related to Rock Mechanics and Tunnelling
Techniques at various location of the country to attend the present workshop. This workshop would be a great platform for knowledge
issemination.
