MG: Hi, I am Mintu Gupta. I'm a public speaker and a tech person keen about the web3 and crypto industry.

Mahika: Can you describe the work location?

MG: We are based in Juhu, Mumbai, with currently a 15+ team in Mumbai and 60+ team in Bangalore.

Mahika: What are the working conditions and safety measures?

MG: We ourselves and our app users change their 2FA and passwords frequently, and switch servers to
maintain privacy.

Mahika: What is the pattern of working hours?

MG: Morning 8 to 6 for the product and marketing team, while others work 24 hours daily. Two teams work
offline and others from home.

Unnati: How does the organisation attract more customers, like PR websites, advertisements and social
media?

MG: Websites like DailyNews, DailyHunts, and ProductHunt are good to gather customers.

Unnati: Do you guys have social media?

MG: We are on Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Whatsapp.

Mahika: What is the societal relevance of the organisation?

MG: This industry is a unique advancement for India and Indian customers.

Mahika: Who is the target audience of the organisation?

MG: Crypto is relatively connected to stocks, hence, heavy pocket stock traders and individual clients new to
trading are our customers.

Mahika: How has the government's recent regulations impacted the customer approach?

MG: We receive good support from the Indian government, and try to create a secure and transparent platform
with an Indian IP.

Mahika: How is this market different from other financial markets?

AA: Cryptocurrency is a unique market with borderless transactions as its USP. With no need for regulations to
transact your value or asset throughout the world, the product is decentralised.

Mahika: What motivated you to be a part of the startup rather than work at a similar job?

MG: During COVID-19 in an online world, we created LotusX, a reliable platform for trading cryptocurrency.

Mahika: Is there a policy to make the organisation more sustainable?

AA: We have policy in terms of discipline, time, culture, and way of behaviour.
Unnati: What attracts young people to apply for a job in this organisation?

AA: This new age business attracts people with an entrepreneurship mindset and offers an independent work
culture.

Mahika: Does the organisation offer internships to young people such as a trainee program?

MG: We have internship offers to kids and college passouts.

Mahika: What are your main roles in the organisation?

MG: I manage the product development team consisting of developers, testers and architectural designers.

Mahika: Where do you see this organisation in 5 years?

MG: We see it becoming a NSC or BSC in the Indian stock market with the support of the government.

Mahika: What are your goals for the future of the organisation?

AA: Making great wealth for the company.

Mahika: Is this company still pre-revenue or is it actively making revenue?

AA: We just started making revenue. Initially we needed 24 months to build up, now we are in growth model
phase and have completed production. Our target is our revenue to double in every quarter.

Mahika: What does the company offer employees to help them in professional development?

MG: We provide kits like pdfs, lectures, videos to help develop their crypto and blockchain knowledge.
