SUPPORTING (ADSS)
APPLICATION:
The Cable is applicable for outdoor, aerial cable on up to
100m span, inside HDPE ducts, or on cable trays or on
cable ladders. The cable does not need any grounding due
to its non-metallic performance.
• Backbone Networks:
Mainly installed at existing high voltage power
transmission line towers with span distance up to
1200 meters.
• Access & Metro Networks:
Installed at electric power distribution or
telecommunication poles with the span distance
40 ~ 150 meters.

Advantages:
• Non Metallic Cable
Eliminates grounding works and no risk of
lightning damages

Application:
The offered cable is UQJ qualified for burial or surface laid.
This cable can be spliced using flexible joint closure or UQJ
or multipurpose joint closure.

Submarine Cable Type:

• Applicable for deep water installation
(5000-m)
2. Single Armor (SA) Cable

Micro cable created for the future network, delivers unlimited bandwidth
capacity.

Application:
• Outdoor
• Underground
• Aerial on the pole inside HDPE micro ducts.
The cable installation methods may use manual pulling, air-assisted
(air-blown), water-floating.

Advantage:
• Small cable dimension, reduces cable diameter up to 50% duct
cable
• Cable supply longer ( 4 - 8 km)
• Lower end to end optical loss.

Recommended Installation:
• The cable should be installed inside HDPE microducts.
• The comparison of cross sectional areas between the cable OD and
HDPE
inside diameter shall be not more than 60%
