WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KHOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Waiver of Rights is made and executed by and between:

Romer M. Gregorio, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Barangay Pa-on , Estancia, Iloilo,
Philippines, now and hereinafter called as the FIRST PARTY;

-and –

Janice F. Saber, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Barangay Calapdan, Estancia, Iloilo,
Philippines, now and hereinafter called as the SECOND PARTY;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the first party is the recipient of the National Housing Authority (NHA) Program of
the Government known as BLk. 22 lot 5 Residences situation at Barangay Calapdan, Estancia Iloilo,
Island of Panay, Philippines;

WHEREAS, the First Party, for valuable consideration, intends to waive, transfer, and convey
all his rights, interests, and participation over the above-mentioned lot, free from all liens and
encumbrances.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties herein have hereunto signed the foregoing WAIVER OF
RIGHTS, this , in the Municipality of Estancia, Iloilo, Philippines.
