    Working with 9th and 10th grade in the Olcott School and Avvai Home to improve their English
    skills and financial literacy.
    Worked with other senior volunteers and team leaders to develop materials to help the children
    learn English grammar. Through this experience, I have learned to work with teenagers, being
    able to relate to them while teaching them and understanding their needs.

    Volunteer, SOS Childrens village (April 2023, 20 hours)


    Worked with young children between the ages 2 till 17 teaching them different activities and
    games, making lamps, fruit salad, performing science experiments and playing relay and duck duck
    goose.

    Volunteer, Adyar Cancer Institute (Nov 2021 to March 2022, 130 hours)
    Worked in the paediatric ward kitchen of the oldest cancer hospital in India.
    Primary function was to serve meals for young patients. Secondary function was to assist the
    Psycho Oncologists in counselling parents whose children are afflicted with cancer

    Worked in the Old Farmers Market to grade and organize vegetables, fruits. The Secondary
    function was to do the inventory of organic cotton made clothing.

    Worked with a small business that had just opened; worked in stalls which the owner set up. The
    primary function of this internship was to sell and understand consumer wants and needs.
