Referee Seminar Proposal

1) To organize a seminar with fees (example 20Euro) and limited registratio

2) Seminar should explain the rules in detail part by part with example and
3) Seminar should separate with examination and with different certificate
3) Certificate will have signature by WAF Head Referee and WAF Presiden

Referee examination format

Maximum 3 entries per country only (no fees).
Requirement to attend examination;
1) Junior level - Must attend WAF referee seminar. Have referee experienc
their respective countries with picture or video proof.
2) Senior level - Must attend WAF referee seminar. Must have Junior refer
2 years with WAC referee assistance experience
3) Master level - Must attend WAF referee seminar.
Must have Senior referee level for at least 2 years without any escalation r
referee experience.

Penalty for referee

1)Making intentional and careless mistake during championship will get a f
decided by referee panel.
2)Referee who failed to follow the uniform code are now allow to reff the c
day.
3)Referees who involved in a protest with “uphold” result will have to prov
Panel and panel will decide if the referee will get panelty or not.
4)Referee who failed to attend the seminar at the beginning of champions
ALLOWED to reff the championship unless with solid reason and with Pan
5)Referee who show non-profesional behaviour will receive a warning and
subject to Panel approval. (example; using mobile phone on the stage, atte
countrymen athlete etc)
6)Referee who involve in sexual harrassment activities will be ban for the w

Penalty code
Code 1 - Warning with no disciplinary action
Code 2 - Warning and not allowed to reff the whole day of championship
Code 3 - Warning with disciplinary action, case will be open during referee
Code 4 - Ban for the whole championship
Code 5 - Ban for minimum 2 years and level will be downgrade subject to

Referee Uniform Code

1) Referee certified shirt with WAF logo, ranking and star. Shirt must be tu
2) Black sole shoes with black socks.
3) Black formal pants with belt.
4) Long hair must be tight properly.
5) Neck button/zip must be properly close.

Referee Payment
1) Master is entitled for full claim of flight cost
2) Senior is entitled for half claim of flight cost
3) Junior is not entitled for flight claim
4) Cost are calculated based ok working days
5) Extra allowance is subject to WAF approval and according to referee lev
