Supplying, fabricating and installing Glass
& Boards two/ three rows of panels, black
colour matt finished anodized Aluminium
partition frame work with 0.9mm thick,
1 ½”x 1” rectangular Aluminium extrusions
as per the drawing. One row consist of
glass panel (5mm) in partition frame work
and other rows consist of 3mm (double
side PVC coated) single board. Rate
inclusive of necessary fasteners etc.

Supply and fixing 04 Nos. of 25mm x
50mm 1.2mm GI box bar support along
the Aluminium partition in 15’ gap, from
floor level to soffit. Painting new Item 01
galvanized iron GI Adhesion Promoter One
coat and One coat of Dulux metal primer
Zink chromate duco oil primer or
equivalent.
Supplying and fixing 2’x2’ ceiling panels
with necessary holes for GI extrusions. Nr 4.00
Panels should be similar to existing panels.

Supplying, fabricating and installing Glass
& Boards Aluminium Door sash with 0.9
mm thick, 1 ½”x 1” rectangular black
colour matt finished anodized Aluminium
extrusions as per the drawing details. One
row consist of glass panel (5mm) in frame Sqft. 105.00
work and other row consist of 3mm

Supplying and Fixing Stainless Steel Door
Handle for Aluminium door with necessary Nos. 12.00

Please Note:

1. Bidder shall visit the site before quoting and get an idea of the proposed work. Drawings of
same could be inspected at the ETF Board – Procurement Section, 23rd Floor, Mehewara Piyesa,
Colombo 5.
2. Contractor shall take necessary actions to avoid inconveniences causing to the office staff
during the works in progress.
3. Contractor shall carry out the works matching with existing partitions and provided drawings
4. Contractor shall take responsible that carrying the materials to upstairs from the ground floor.it
could be much convenience arranging after Office hours or on a Saturday or Sunday.
5. The Contractor shall provide all necessary tools equipment, Labours etc.
