ADOPTING THE APPROVED AND ENDORSED BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT PLAN BY THE BARANGAY
DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL

WHEREAS, the Barangay Development Council (BDC) has formulated and approved the Barangay
Development Plan (BDP) for the comprehensive development of the Barangay;

WHEREAS, the BDC has endorsed the approved BDP to the Sangguniang Barangay for adoption and
enactment as an official Barangay Ordinance;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay has thoroughly reviewed and deliberated on the endorsed BDP;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay finds the endorsed BDP to be aligned with the development goals
and aspirations of the Barangay;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, by the Sangguniang Barangay of [Barangay

Name], [City/Municipality], [Province], to adopt the approved and indorsed Barangay Development
Plan, as follows:

SECTION 1: Adoption of the Barangay Development Plan

1.1 The Barangay Development Plan, as approved and endorsed by the Barangay Development Council,
is hereby adopted by the Sangguniang Barangay.

1.2 The BDP shall serve as the guiding document for the development and progress of the Barangay,
