3. No need to register again when you arrive, simply scan your badge to enter the halls. You will need to scan your badge each time you enter the halls.
This badge provides free entry during the opening hours of the exhibition and is non-transferable.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
I AGREE
To:
i. allow my badge to be scanned at the point of entry in the
exhibition and if requested by the Organiser, provide
photographic identification.
ii. allow the Organiser to use any photographs/video captured at the
event across the Organiser’s media sites.
iii. comply with the health and safety regulations for the venue.
iv. comply with security checks and directions/requests from the
security team.
To not:
i. distribute, display any materials or do anything that may be
considered by the Organiser as defamatory or offensive or which
infringe the intellectual property rights of the Organiser or another
party (including other delegates, exhibitors or sponsors).
ii. transfer or share this delegate pass with another delegate.
iii. operate in any manner which is objectionable to other delegates,
exhibitors or sponsors.
If the Organiser believes that you are not complying with any of the
matters that you have agreed to, the Organiser will be entitled to remove
or have you removed from the venue.
Directions to ExCeL Centre:
By Train: DLR services: Custom House and Prince Regent. *ExCeL is approximately 20-minutes walking
distance away from Canning Town underground station. The DLR and Jubilee Line can be connected from
multiple Overground lines such as Stratford, Canada Water, and Shadwell. It’s also possible to join the
Overground and travel to ExCeL London from Euston station.
By car: Using satellite navigation please enter the postcode: E16 1AL If you are using the Royal Victoria
Car Park (MSCP) — approximately a 5-minute walk from the venue.
By airplane: London City, Gatwick and Heathrow Airport are the nearest to the venue.
