यह पॉलिलिससी प्रस्‍तार्वक द्वार्रार् िदर्ए गए घोखषणार् पत्र के इस शर्तर पर दर्ी गई है िक यिदर् पॉलिलिससी पर समपर ण यार् ऋण
स्‍वीकार्यर है, और पॉलिलिससी के अंतगर त प्रदर्ार्न िकयार् जिार्तार् है, यार् िकसी भी कार्रणवशर् िजिस मे नगदर् िवकल्‍प भी
सिलितम्‍मिलिसत है, पॉलिलिससी बीमेदर्ार्र मे िविहत होखने के पूर्वर रकम प्रार्प्‍त होखती है तोख प्रस्‍तार्वक ऐसी प्रार्प्‍त रकम
बीमेदर्ार्र यार् उसकी संपदर्ार् के िहतलिसार्भ हेतु उसकार् उपयोखग करेगार् ।

Special Minority Clause
Re: Proposal Clause to be inserted on the policies where risk commences before majority of the life assured.
This Policy is issued subject to the undertaking given by the proposer that if the policy is surrendered or
loan, if admissible, is granted under the policy or if the proposer should receive any moneys under the policy for
any reason whatsoever, including Cash option, before the policy has vested in the life assured as provided in the
policy, the proposer shall utilise the moneys thereby received for the benefit of the life assured or his estate.
