INCIDENT REPORT

GREETINGS:

This is to report an incident with a sudden replacement of aluminum wire to copper

wire base on inspection and recommendation of Meralco last November 29, 2023,it suppose
to be a copper wire but based on planned submitted it indicated aluminum wire.
