Pointers to the students

 Maintain silence throughout

 No gadgets allowed
 You will be coming in the buses/reach school by 8 am.
 After you reach the school, you will be sitting in the below mentioned
rooms.

 You may have your breakfast after you reach the room. I suggest to have
a heavy breakfast.
 Facilitator will brief you about the minor changes in the seating
arrangement and a few more information.
 Your facilitator will give you a stole which is to be worn around your
neck throughout the event.
 It is yours and you must take it with you.
 You leave your belongings in the same room. And collect it before you
leave for the day
 You will be called for the flag hoisting in the green meadows.
 Stand section wise and according to nominals, facing the dining hall.
 After flag hoisting, you will march into the AC audi through the entrance
towards the PYP block.
 You take your positions and sit in the chairs after the National song.
 While the light is being passed, be careful and pass the light smoothly.
 The decadians, you know for how many years you have been in the
school.
 You will be called on to the stage in 3 groups
Group 1 – 12 years in the school
Group 2 – 11 years in the school
Group 4 – 10 years in the school
 Names will not be read out
 When the group is called to the stage, move swiftly and in an oragnised
way to the stage. Do not delay. And do not rush.
 It is for you to feel and behave elevated and matured.
