DISTRICT I MONTHLY MEETING

It’s been our get together day from amongst of the regular schedules. The
District I Monthly / Peer group support. We held it every 1st Monday of the month
right after the Brgy. Convention. As per agreed by the group, we made a list of
scheduled CDW/DCC to be a randomly host at venue for the said activity. Together
with the District field workers; Ms. Donnah P. Garcia of Juvelyn “Tating” Jalipa we do
discuss things and any other updates concerning everything about our job.

It includes the upcoming activities and any other updates like our reports and
even the status every problem that might arise within the district. It is called problem
solving and our president Ms. Ruby Dizon always see to it that things are being
handled properly and settled within the district.

As member of the District I CDWS, we also aim to improve outreaching/skills

thru sharing different ideas to the group ever the refresh of techniques and
strategies from our CDT Ma’am Josei T. Sarasin whom we really thankful for as one
of the members of District I.

And I’m so pleased to tell that every District I Offices are really doing their
parts and do functions according to their respective position. That ends my narrative
report regarding with our recent District I Monthly Meeting.

Parents Effectiveness Seminar

(P.E.S)

Parents Effectiveness Seminar (P.E.S) one of the most important activities

held every year for the parents. Wherein parents are encouraged to going the
seminar as per discussed to them during the Parent/CDW Upon School Opening
Orientation. This activity’s objective is to widened and expand the parents’ learning
about how their parenthood become more effective and make them more capable in
handling their children’s” different traits considering the more fact that children’s of
this generation is much crucial to handle and deal with.

Last October 18, 2023, the District I with a cluster had their P.E.S @ Brgy.
Covered, Sinsuat St., Poblacion, Kidapawan City. The Seminar was facilitated by the
CSWDO represented by the District I field workers Ms. Donnah Garcia and her after
ago Ms. Juvelyn Jalipa. The said seminar was successfully done thru the
participation of the parents who paid enthusiasm to every modules that the speakers
tackled, the first speaker was Ptr. Richard tuan that fed up the parents to bear with
entire seminar for the said seminar took 8 hours of that very day. The second
speaker was Ptr. Verincio Menggong, who skillfully shared his learned from his own
personal experiences techniques to live with a good relationship with the family
especially to their parenthood.

I, together with my a co CDWS are so overwhelmed knowing that after the

seminar, when we awarded the Certificates, parents can’t help theirselves but to
say “Thank You” for they will go to their respective homes loaded with new learning
on how to become better parents to their child/children. And that ended the seminar
and hopefully parents who were present during the seminar will have those learning
be applied in their daily lives with God’s guidance.
