About the organisation:
TRIF will be deeply focused on critical challenges/
issues of the marginalized communities and, in
particular of women in the bottom 100,000 villages of
India (“stranded India”). The value TRIF bring is its deep
knowledge and an inventory of working “solutions” for
“stranded” India and mechanism for scaling-up those
“solutions”. Another differentiator is our focus on the
rural urban continuum for these poor families in context
of continuing migration in search of better opportunities.
Eligibility:
Must have an MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute
The candidate must have at least two years of
work experience in a leading consulting firm.
Age Limit: 27 years
What is the Opportunity?
• Working with Senior Management on
rural development solutioning,
programme operations, strategic
management of projects
• Enabling data insights for solving
challenging rural problems with overall
data analysis, project monitoring,
stakeholder engagement, management of
resources, etc.
• Bringing in the business perspective in
programme operations and evolving
market-based solutions to complex rural
problems
• Making the documentation and
communication of the programmes more
articulated and effective.
• A minimum commitment of one-year to
work on rural development.
