We are seeking an experienced OEM Channel Manager to build and manage relationships

with OEM partners who build industrial automation equipment in Europe. The ideal
candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing channel strategies,
building a strong network with companies such as Siemens, ABB, Honeywell, Schneider-
Electric, and similar organizations, and delivering results in a competitive market. The role
requires an individual with exceptional communication, analytical, and strategic skills, as
well as knowledge of OT cybersecurity. The candidate should have the ability to work both
independently and collaboratively with local teams to develop opportunities, integrate our
solutions into the vendor's portfolio, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and maintain a strategic approach to managing relationships with OEM
partners who build industrial automation equipment, with a particular focus on
companies such as Siemens, ABB, Honeywell, Schneider-Electric, and similar
organizations.
 Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to develop and
execute OEM-specific strategies that support the growth of the OEM channel, with a
focus on integrating our OT cybersecurity solutions into the vendor's portfolio.
 Conduct market research to identify new OEM partners, monitor competitor activity,
and identify opportunities for growth within the market.
 Work with the OEM partners to develop joint marketing programs, including product
launches, trade shows, and other events.
 Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure effective management
of the OEM channel, including forecasting, inventory management, and sales
reporting.
 Understanding how to integrate technologies into the existing eco-systems
 Provide regular reporting and analysis on the performance of the OEM channel,
highlighting areas for improvement and identifying opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
 5+ years of experience in OEM channel management, preferably in the industrial
automation equipment industry and specifically working with companies such as
Siemens, ABB, Honeywell, Schneider-Electric, and similar organizations.
 Proven track record of successfully developing and executing channel strategies and
marketing programs for industrial automation equipment builders.
 Existing network of relationships with industrial automation equipment builders in
Europe.
 Strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity and its application to industrial
automation equipment.
 Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to work
effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
 Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform
decision making.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven focus.
