job site. CLIENT will therefore be requested to arrange safety induction of InspecTest personnel
prior to commencement of work at project site.

PROPOSAL NOTES/CLIENT’S (END USER’S) ASSISTANCE:

◼ One day shall consist of 08 hrs.
◼ Futile Days/ Standby Charges shall be charged as quoted above.
◼ Food & Accommodation for inspection crew at site free of cost as per official cadre.
◼ Client will arrange scaffolding and its erection and lighting arrangement at site to access the
job.
◼ scaffolding for internal/External inspection, if any will be in client scope.
◼ Client will arrange scaffolding and its erection and lighting arrangement at site to access the

◼ Tube cleaning is in client scope.
◼ Inform InspecTest at least 01 week prior to the execution of job.
◼ Issue Work Order/Contract or (equivalent document) prior to execution of work

medical facilities.

EXCLUSIONS AND CLARIFICATIONS:
