PERSONAL STATEMENT
Highly motivated postgraduate student recently completed MSc in Advanced Design and
Manufacturing from the University of Northampton in UK. I have done experimental research
on Fused Deposition Modelling with Design of Experiments (DOE) on repair of polymer based
parts and determination of feasibility using mechanical characterization during my MSc
program. Eager to explore and learn more about Additive manufacturing.

MATLAB
Analysis on kinematic and dynamic systems
using MATLAB code and using SIMULINK for
motion analysis of mechanism.
Development of a predictive model using
MATLAB for process simulation.
DOE (DESIGN OF EXPERIMENTS)
Performed 5-level experimental study using
Response Surface Method (RSM) approach.
Peformed ANOVA (Analysis Of Variance)u using
Minitab and Design Expert.
CAD
Solidworks, AutoCAD, PTC Creo were used to
complete 3D component design, sheet metal
design and design for 3D printing.
Created 3D models for freelancing sites and
projects using DFA/DFM principles.

REPAIR INVESTIGATION OF POLYLACTIC ACID
USING Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM)
MSc. Research project oriented towards the
determination of repair viability of PLA based
components.
Study of the effects of infill percentage, raster angle
and print pattern on strength of the repair.
Tensile testing followed by DOE analysis of the
specimens under consideration.
Prediction of results and optimization based on
ANOVA (Analysis of Variance), surface/contour plots.
Study of environment sustainability by making repair
a feasible option.
