Social issue: On the one hand, unemployment and underemployment are key social concerns in
the case of the Philippines. The unemployed people are approximately 12% of the labor force and
those that work but underemployment is about 17%.
In the analysis of critical social issues such as unemployment and underemployment that exist in
the Philippines, it is fundamental to understand basic concepts conducted by rhetoric. It is made
of the Speaker (Rhetor), audience, exigence and constraint as each plays an essential part in
forming communication effectiveness.
Chosen Context:
The selected context of this analysis revolves around several communication acts, which speak on
the proliferated problems like unemployment and underemployment in the Philippines. This may
be presentations, adverts, social media posts, campaigns, and any communication set up to
discuss and sensitize people on these problems.
Also, how the Rhetor influences credibility and persuasiveness depends on my background,
expertise plus other discernible factors. The knowledge of the socioeconomic ontology in the
Philippines and a detailed understanding of how unemployment and underemployment can be an
instructive challenge lends strength to my argument.
The recipient of this communication is made up of people directly affected by unemployment and
underemployment, policymakers, business leaders, and the ordinary parliament as well. The
reception of the message is dependent on demographic factors, values beliefs of interests that

Message analysis involves evaluating language, and tone though continuous and dishonest once
again the second thing is we were able to create a reasonable time. The message intends to show
the seriousness of unemployment and underemployment outlying potential solutions suggesting

empathy and encouraging action among my target audience.

cultural aspects must be understood because contexts influence the rhetorical choices made
given appealing to Filipinos.
The summative evaluation of overall persuasiveness includes consideration of whether the choices
made were rhetorically speaking adequate as regards supporting their desirable intentions and
audience satisfaction. The success is determined through the increased awareness, engagement,
and potential contribution of the audience to address issues of unemployment and lower-end
employment.

a tactical harmony of the rhetoric options and purpose that are set on to determine their target
population’s sentiments.
