Initially serving three clients by writing/editing/producing newsletters and brochures, the breadth of
services grew to a repeat-client base of 12 within six months, and service to 42 retained clients over a
6-year period, including accounts serving international markets. Agency now provides full
advertising/marketing/development/printing/publishing/sales and distribution services from strategy to
campaign conception to production of all forms of media and events, specifically including target
market definition, market analysis, training programs, graphic design/layout of logos, letterhead/
envelopes/business cards, brochures, books, and various forms of packaging; writing/editing of all
printed materials; audio/visual presentations; book publishing; television/radio production; conversions
from written text to interactive computer applications; design, production and marketing of websites;
printing; direct mail; and database management. Additionally, principal serves as a consultant to
affiliated companies, overseeing pre-press operations, also including the purchase, upgrades, and
maintenance of computer hardware and software applications, and the purchase of promotional
materials. After opening an office in Shreveport in 2000, the agency has added clients, yielding the
design, editing, and publishing and distribution of four books, marketing materials for two worldwide
oil & gas-related service companies, and an architectural firm; and leading development and promotion
for several regional human services agencies serving North Louisiana.
