Protection, Risk management and agriculture expert better understand the nature of project management, protection, child
protection, food security, disaster management, agriculture and monitoring and evaluation. Possess excellent skill in both
project and safe programming management. My expertise includes scheduling, monitoring the cost and scope baseline of
the project in both public and private sector particularly NGO. I enjoy generating new ideas and devising feasible solutions
to broadly relevant problems. My colleagues would describe me as a driven, resourceful individual who maintains a

In university, during my project presentation, I was awarded by department of Disaster risk management and
sustainable development together with the office of graduate study in Gambella University. I did research
documentation using approved research methodology accepted by university where I applied to write our research
proposal, senior seminar then to final research project by using group interviews, survey and focus group discussion.

In university, during my research project development, I lead teams in requirements gathering where we were working
to collect the research from community to find out the desired solution about our research title. We have worked on
generating our research data based on title given by the research advisor. We have accessed the livelihood strategies
in rural community to find out the accessibility, availability and stability of food security and how they can understand
strategies that will enable them to maintain and reduce the level of food insecurity in the rural community.

Malnutrition and immunization project

When I was still working with international medical corps, I led team on immunization campaign where we gave
immunization to children under five year and below in prevention of polio, measles and tuberculosis from affecting
children. I also carryout nutritional assessment from community in search of malnourished children, providing training to
pregnant and lactating mothers.
