    September 8, 2023

    Agenda:
    a. Leadership Training Seminar
    b. Fines and Collections
    c. Officer’s Shirt

    I. Call to order
    - The President called the meeting at 12:45 pm
    II. Opening Prayer
    III. Business of the Day
    a. LTS
    - Registration fee
    - Deadline for the names of participants is on September 15, 2023
    - Deadline for the payment is on September 17, 2023 through Gcash
    - Suggested participants are General Secretary, LCVP for Communications, and LCVP for
    Acads/Non-acads.
    b. Fines and Collections
    - The President proposed to have sanctions for those late comers during the meetings and
    for the absences.
    - The following sanctions are:
    15 minutes late – P 20
    30 minutes late – P40
    Absent – P 50
    - The sanctions are agreed by everyone and will take effect next meeting.
    c. Officer’s Shirt
    - The President asked for suggestions.
    - It was suggested that the officers will have jacket (bamber) and for the organization shirt
    is Polo.

    IV. Closing Prayer


    V. The meeting is adjourned.
