a. Updates on the CBL
- The President introduced the changes in the CBL.
b. Sanctions and Penalty fees
- The President introduced the sanctions and penalties together with their exemptions.
- The following are the sanctions:
15 minutes late – P 20
15-30 minutes late – P 40
More than 30 minutes – considered as absent
- Excuse slip is provided by the VP for Membership
c. Regional Membership Fee
- RMF is amounting to P 180.
- Deadline: first week of November
- Payment will be collected by the VP for Finance.
d. Regional Mid-Year Convention
- November 12-18 via zoom conference
- Activities will be academic and non-academic events.
- Academic activities includes quiz bee.
- Non-academic events includes hiphop, etc.
 - Accounting Talks
e. College Day
- October 27, 2023
- Events includes bench cheering.
- JPIA shirt will be borrowed by the CBA council.
f. Testimonial Dinner
- November 10, 2023
