Your Task:

Part A: Select a Leader

Select someone who you consider to be in a leadership role in any industry/profession/vocation (sport and fitness,
business, politics, activist etc.) and analyze their leadership style. This person can be real or fictional, current or
historical, someone in your life - choice is yours!

2. What leadership skills and competencies does your leader have?
3. Based on your research, do you think your leader is task-based or relationship- based?
4. Based on your research, what style of leadership do you think your leader uses? Why? (Autocratic,
Democratic, Laissez-faire, Servant)
5. Do you think the leader you selected is an effective leader? Why or why not?

6. Research your leaders’ salary or net worth.

● APA Citations: As this project requires research, it is important to include correct in-text citations
when research is used, and a works cited page with all websites you used.
