    Dear Mr/Ms. Padilla;

    Records show that you have not reported to the Calasiao Warehouse/Branch, despite your
    receipt of the return-to-work notice sent to you via courier on June 25, 2023.
    This letter serves as a second notice/order for you to return to work this June 28, 2023 at
    8:30am. Failure to return to work within three (3) days from receipt of this letter will constrain us to declare
    you as Absent Without Official Leave (AWOL) as provided in our Company - Policy - Rules and Regulations.

    You are required to report to the Calasiao Warehouse/Branch before handling the regular
    transactions.
