The purpose of writing this letter is to request a 14 day Leave of Absence of my

wife Sarah C. Amisola from May 30, 2023 to June 12, 2023.

I am requesting this leave for 2 reasons. First, our family has planned to go to
Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan, Philippines for a vacation. Our Ticket is attached to this
letter as reference. Second, I need my wife’s presence to sign some of my documents as
my requirements in preparation for my upcoming retirement in our Military Camp at
First Scout Ranger Regiment, Camp Tecson, San Miguel, Bulacan.

I hope you will consider my request and grant the leaves for the above-mentioned
dates. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact me directly. Looking
