I am writing this letter to inform you about my pregnancy to take early maternity leave due to my
condition. I am attaching a letter/medical certificate from my doctor confirming all the details, and I
want to take allotted 105 days of maternity given by the government.

My expected due date is on 17th of July 2023. I will let you know when I can back to work and in case of
any unforeseen issues with delivery and pregnancy that can cause a delay in the joining date.
