    Greetings with peace!

    Doctor/s,

    I'm sorry to inform you, but as of May 30, 2023, I'll be leaving my current employment at Digos
    Doctors' Hospital, Inc.

    My primary motivations are the necessity to care for my child because he is now in school and
    his mother is already overseas. I have no choice but to let go of any further tasks due to the
    overwhelming nature of these chores.

    I am genuinely sorry for the inconvenience that my departure will cause. Mainly, I am
    remorseful for the short notice I have had to issue. To make up for these inconveniences and
    enable a smooth transition. I offer myself to provide full support during my 30 days here at the
    hospital.

    I appreciate you taking the time to comprehend my situation. I relished every minute I spent
    working for your company. I would especially like to thank to all doctors and my coworkers for
    walking this path with me.

    I also hope that the friendly relationships I already have with your company won't be jeopardized
    in any way by my departure.
