Good day! I am 3CL E/C Wilfredo S. Bollo Jr from Tagum City, Davao del Norte, who wish to return on
January 3, 2023 due to the unavailability of land transportation on our town, where the airport is quietly
far and it will take 2-3 hours for us to arrive, transportation form our place to airport on January 2, 2023
will not be available given that it's holiday. In connection to the reason above, I would like to request a
make-up plan for me to perform the activities that I’ve missed due to my delayed arrival. I am humbly
requesting for your approval regarding this matter.

I am hoping for your kind consideration and positive response. Your approval will be very much
