With due respect, I am writing to request a leave of absence for [3 months

13 days] starting on [13-December-2023] and ending on [24- March-2024].

I am in need of some time off to focus on my studies as I have an important exam

coming up.

I understand that this absence may cause some inconvenience, and I apologize for
