We write further to our letter dated 25 April 2023 which was sent to the Orden via email on
even date.

We wish to remind you of the Orden’s need to secure the relevant tax exemption certificates
and clearances necessary to transfer registration of the nine (9) titles subject of the donation
to the name of the Orden as soon as possible. We also humbly reiterate that should the
Orden be not able to secure these clearances within six (6) months from the date of our
initial letter, the Orden will have to pay all the tax obligations on the properties to secure the
clearances by the first week of November 2023.

Once all clearances are secured, we will be glad to assist you in the transfer of registration
of the subject properties to the name of the Orden at the earliest opportunity. We very much
look forward to concluding this donation at the soonest.
