Applicable for Building Category: A3 (Conditional) A4, A5, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M.

Not Applicable for Buildings relating to Category: A1, A2, A3 Up to 5 Storey;

However A3 category having the features of Specialized Projects will have to obtain
Planning Permit.
