Greetings !

The National Movement of Young Legislators (NMYL) will convene its Regional and Provincial Officers on March 15, 16 and
17, 2022 at Diamond Hotel, Manila.

Once again, the officers will converge to strengthen their idealism and commitment to good governance in the performance of
their tasks in local government, particularly in the field of legislation and policy development. Thus, advocating the creation of
responsive, sustainable, and resilient policies that would address the demands of the time.

A LIVE IN RATE of NINETEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (Php19,500.00) will be collected to cover Solo
Room Hotel Accommodation for 2 nights/3 days and Registration Fee to cover Meals, Congress Kit and other convention
logistics as required. The above fees shall be chargeable against local funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing
procedures. Attached herewith is the DILG Memorandum Circular 99-48 for your perusal.
