I am writing to recommend Elaine Joy A. Icuspit for the Peace Corps Alumni Foundation for Philippine
Development(PCAFPD) Scholarship Program. As the Principal of Sitero Francisco memorial National High
School, I have had the pleasure of knowing Elaine Joy for the past five years, during which time I have
observed her remarkable academic achievements and dedication to our school community.

Elaine Joy Icuspit is an outstanding student who consistently ranks in the top 5% of their class. Her strong
academic performance has earned her a place on the honor roll each semester. ElaineJoy has
demonstrated exceptional skills in subjects such as Science, and Filipino.

Beyond the classroom, Elaine Joy has exhibited excellent leadership qualities through her involvement in
extracurricular activities. As a member of the Red Cross Youth, she has played a vital role in organizing
events, leading initiatives, and promoting a positive school culture. One notable example was when she
organized a successful feeding programfor undernourished children. This project not only helped the
children but also fostered a spirit of community service among the student body.

Elaine Joy stands out for her unwavering commitment to academic excellence and personal growth. Her
resilience in overcoming personal challenges has been an inspiration to both her fellow students and our
staff. Her empathy, maturity, and collaborative spirit make her an excellent team player and respected
leader among her peers.

Elaine Joy has expressed a deep interest in pursuing a career in Medicine, and I am confident that the
Peace Corps Alumni Foundation for Philippine Development (PCAFPD) Scholarship Program will provide
her with the necessary resources and opportunities to excel in this field. The scholarship will not only
