1. Recruitment
Must do new expansion recruitment for a month in a new restaurant
MPP from commisioner -> Calculation from HR (forgot to ask about the detailed formula) ->
recruitment through job boards
2. HRIS
all the payroll through Talenta with the help of HRIS staff, all administration, integration, and
datas go through the staff with his oversee

3. Legal and permit


Working with legal team
using PP for the employee employer relation (he creates the proporsal) ->give to the
commisioner -> Dinas TKN for the acceptance

Other achievements:
Claiming to work on JKK and JKM
did not get any, using KPI and calculation to ensure commisioner give those basic benefits
