I hereby apply for the above mentioned position in the organization which was advertised on
social media platforms, website among others. Am a Ugandan female by Nationality aged 39
years.

I hold a Masters’ Degree of Arts in Development Studies from Uganda Martyrs University and a
bachelor’s degree [Honors] in Development studies from Uganda Christian University. I am
currently working with World Vision International at the response office in Yumbe District with
both the host and refugee communities as a gender and disability Inclusion Officer. I have
experience working with Sight Savers International as a project officer inclusion works working
in the Bugisu Sub region along with DIFs while coordinating all stake holders in Government,
private, civil society organizations and individual owners into inclusive employment practices
for persons with disabilities. I have experience working as the Language and cross cultural
facilitator with Peace Corps Uganda where I have been working as a coordinator between the
American volunteers and the Ugandans especially the Banyole speaking culture in Butaleja
District. I also worked as a program Assistant with NUDIPU, where I worked as a custodian for
the union assets, handling accountabilities, drafting work plans and spearhead implementer of the
two projects of We Can Manage VSLA and Farming Partnership in Tororo District for four
years. I also have a working experience in support supervision and monitoring of the field staffs
and data collection and entry into the MIS, group formation, Recruitment of field staffs,
community mobilization and sensitization, report writing, handling accountability and office
management. I can speak good English, Lusoga, luganda, lunyole, lugisu, lugwere. Basing on
the above, I find myself competent enough for the above position. I will be very grateful for your
