Stage 2
Contact a licensed Find a licensed BREEAM Assessor or BREEAM In-Use Auditor on GreenBookLive.

BREEAM In-Use Auditor applicable for BREEAM In-Use).

Working with your Assessor you can predict a likely score by using a Pre-Assessment Estimator.
Stage 3 This is not a certified rating and is not a final score – but it will help you understand what you
could achieve.
Carry out a
pre-assessment BREEAM In-Use: when conducting a pre-assessment you can view a dynamic dashboard which
allows you to see an uncertified rating. Access to the online tool can be located at www.
assetsinuse.org. Clients wishing to carry out a pre-assessment must carry out training and an
exam where a licensed BREEAM In-Use Auditor is not involved.

Stage 4
Your BREEAM Assessor will register your project for you. Registration should be done as early as

GreenBookLive format and available on a Google map. You can search by scheme, location, rating etc.
