The Chief Lalrour Commissioner (C), Ministry of Labour & Employment, Govt. of lndia vide Order F. No.:
1116(2)12022-LS-ll daled 28.09.2022 intimated the rate of Variable Dearness Allowance on lhe basis of average
Consumer Price lndex number for the preceding period of six months ending on 30.06.2022 reaching 365.76 from
357,65 (200'1=100) lbr lndustrial Workers.
Accordingly, n terms of clause (3) of Recommendations of the Joint Committee, the rates of Variable
Dearness Allowancer payable per day w.e.f. 01.10.2022 (i.e. from 01.10.20221o 31.03.2023) would be as under: -
