3. Updated – program kerja yang dilaksanakan
‘tracking’
4. Revised (Baseline2) – program kerja yang
dijadualkan semula disebabkan perubahan skop
dan masa

Initial Work Program

 Contractor shall submit an Initial Work


Program to the S.O within fourteen (14)
days after the date of the Letter of
Acceptance.
 The Work Program can be the first three
months or the whole project duration.

 Program kerja yang disediakan oleh kontraktor dan
dikemukakan untuk kelulusan Pengarah Projek/
Pegawai Penguasa (PP);
 Kontraktor boleh sediakan:
Program kerja secara terperinci untuk 3 bulan
pertama dan aktiviti selebihnya pada tahap
deliverables; ATAU
Program kerja secara terperinci daripada awal
hingga akhir projek.
