Acted for New Quantum Holdings Pty Ltd regarding its acquisition of 80% of Morrison Securities Pty Ltd from
Sequoia Financial Group (ASX: SEQ). New South Wales, Australia-based Morrison Securities Pty Ltd
specialises in providing white labelled trading solutions to AFSL holders such as financial planners, financial
advisors, banks, building societies, and trading educators.

Advised a German real estate investment fund manager, on the sale of the Geosciences Australia property to
funds managed by Charter Hall for AU$363.5 million. The deal sets a record for the highest sale price of any
office building in the Australian Capital Territory.
Advised a Melbourne-based private investor on the AU$116 million purchase of all of the units in the unit trust
that owns a major mixed-use property in Sydney's inner suburbs, from a fund managed by a real estate
investment management company. The three-storey, 4,700 square metre building is one of the largest in the
Sydney suburb of Surry Hills and comprises office and retail space.
Advised a U.S. company in relation to the acquisition of 100% of shares in a production accounting services
and its subsidiaries. The buyer is a leading production services partner to the entertainment industry,
providing a bundle of highly tailored payroll processing, tax administration, workers’ compensation,
background casting and software services to the TV, film and broader entertainment industry across North
America and the United Kingdom.
Advised a designer, retailer, and wholesaler of youth fashion clothing and accessories, based in Byron Bay, in
relation to the sale of its shares to Universal Store Holdings Limited (UNI: ASX).
Advised a provider of technology, medical support, and other services in the compensable injury and private
health sectors in relation to the set-up of its Employee Share Scheme.
