Giving Instructions.
This recipe I'm going to be presenting to you is one of my favorite desserts, it has
a delicious coffee flavor although I must point out that I don't like coffee but
included in this recipe I love it. Tiramisu is a very simple dessert to make.

Ingredients
8 Servings
Select All Ingredients
5 egg yolks
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar,
for the yolks
2 tbsp wine, sweet
1 orange zest
2 packets mascarpone
cheese, (226 g each) beaten a
little, to make it smooth
5 egg whites
1 pinch of salt
1 pack of soletas
1 cup espresso, chilled
2 tbsp wine, sweet
1/2 cup cocoa, for garnish

Preparation
For the cream: beat the egg yolks with the sugar, 2 tablespoons of sweet wine
and the orange zest for 5 minutes, you should get a fluffy and smooth
consistency. Then mix with the mascarpone cheese and set aside.
Separately, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt for 5 minutes, until they
double in volume (nougat point) and add them to the mascarpone cheese
mixture. Reservation. Mix the coffee with the wine and set aside. Soak the soletas
in the coffee and settle it.
