My Dear Students under the MMW subject,

Good evening, everyone. In light of the recent series of unfortunate events, including
earthquakes and typhoons, which have led to the cancellation of face-to-face meetings
in our school, I am writing to inform you about the adjustments made to the upcoming
final examinations.

The final examinations will now be conducted online through Google Classroom, with
the submission period scheduled from December 19 to December 22, 2023 @ 5:00 pm.
It is crucial for all students to ensure timely submission to avoid any complications.

Given the challenges posed by the recent natural disasters, I urge you to find suitable
locations with a stable internet connection to facilitate the smooth submission of your
online final examinations. Please take the necessary measures to secure a reliable signal,
ensuring that you can submit your exams without any problems.

It is imperative that you submit your examinations before the specified due date. Any
form of excuse will not be accepted unless accompanied by a valid medical certificate. If
you are facing health issues and have been advised by a doctor to rest, please provide
the medical certificate along with your explanation.

I understand that these circumstances may be challenging, but your commitment to

completing the academic requirements is essential
