Preparing an architectural working drawing set for a project or part of it of the student’s
previous designs. The set will include plans, elevations, sections, building services, schedules,
and details with emphasis on the use of code of best practices. The specific objectives of this
course are as follows: - To enable the students to prepare a complete set of construction
documents (architectural working drawing) and details for a designed project; - To enable the
students to understand the interrelationship between design, working drawings and
construction; - To enable Research, application and detail of up-to-date building technologies,
systems and materials in the working drawings; - To enable the students to compliance with
international and local code of practices. The students who complete this course will - Be able
to recognize the importance of technology in the conception of an architectural solution and its
development to an appropriate form. - Be able to judge, select and engage appropriate the
technological construction systems and production a functional arrangement to produce a
building that meets given needs.

Submission & Evaluation Policy:
1. All submissions should be sent in PDF format to the course instructor on or before the
submission day by Max. 11 p.m and hardcopy print (A2 size) in the next class. If you fail
to submit the hardcopy submission on the said day, you will be marked 0.
2. Save the file name according to the format: Student ID No._Student Name_Section
#_Assignment 01 or 02 or 03 or 04 or 05.
3. Late submissions:
o Students submitting between 11:00 pm - 1:00 am will get -2 penalty.
o Students submitting after 1:00 am will get -5 penalty.
4. Submission extensions / postponement is not permitted under any circumstances.
