Based on my own perspective, equal rights are the most crucial universal ideal that the world

needs right now in order to survive. Equal rights mean treating everyone fairly and equally
regardless of race, gender, or background, as this contributes to a better, safer, and more
peaceful society for all. The first reason why I think this universal value the world needs now for
our survival is because when people are treated equally, they are less likely to be angry or upset
because of unfair treatment. As a result, there are fewer battles and conflicts, which contributes
to world peace. For example, in a country where different racial and religious groups have equal
rights, there are fewer clashes and less violence. The second is that equal rights establish the
foundation for community prosperity, unity, safety, and trust. People are more likely to feel a
sense of togetherness when they are treated fairly and respectfully in their town or
neighborhood. This sense of togetherness encourages people to help one another out when
they are in need and work toward a better future. Next, the economy grows stronger when
everyone has the same opportunities and chances to find work. In addition to everyone being
able to contribute to the progress of the nation, businesses can hire the best candidates. For
example, due to the fact that everyone has the opportunity to utilize their talents, economies in
places where men and women have equal rights at work typically perform better. Another
reason is that equal rights are crucial when dealing with global issues like diseases and climate
change because they encourage collaboration, make sure that vulnerable people are not left
behind, and promote equitable solutions. Equal rights are a core value in our shared efforts to
address these pressing problems, since these difficulties call for the participation and
contributions of people from various backgrounds and nations. Lastly, equal rights are the basis
of a society that is fair and sustainable. By addressing the underlying causes of poverty and
discrimination, they make sure that everyone has access to equal opportunities and is treated
with respect. Equal rights also encourage a sense of responsibility among all people, which is
essential for combating environmental degradation and building a more just and sustainable
world for all. Therefore, equal rights are important because they help to create a fair and just
society where everyone can live in harmony, have a chance at success, and cooperate to address
shared problems.
