TO-DO LIST

1. Create a graffiti (writing or drawings scribbled) illustrating the “Process of


Communication”. Observe the concepts and/or principles learned from class
discussion(s). (Page Layout Orientation- Landscape)

2. Compose an acrostic (a poem in which certain letters in each line form a word
or words) on the word “communication” utilizing the Key Principles of
Communication as bases.

3. Craft a digital yet personalized bookmark incorporating the Characteristics of


Cultures as texts. Creativity and originality are highly encouraged to manifest in
the final output.

4. Using a graphic organizer, make a visual display that demonstrates how


World Englishes and English as International Language circulate across the
global community. Provide a concise yet substantial explanation for the crafted
graphic organizer. (Page Layout Orientation- Landscape)

5. Form a Drama Triad (to be determined by the class spokesperson) and


perform a dialogue (Evaluating Messages and/or Images of Different Types of
Texts Reflecting Different Cultures) from either a renowned regional, asian, and
western drama series of your choice. The two (2)-minute dialogue shall be
performed via any online application platforms. The said video files shall be
consolidated and submitted by the class spokesperson through this email
address: ramosangelou740@gmail.com and shall also be submitted
individually through MS Teams (Decent backdrop and audible sound effects
are required for the video presentation).

6. Suppose you already graduated your Education degree, how will you make a
convincing Application Letter (Cover Letter) in order for the school that
you will apply in to hire you. Make an application letter in consideration of the
rules and guidelines in writing business letters.

7. Critique any reading passage (academic in nature) of your choice by analyzing


the structure and features of its academic texts. Write down your analysis
in not less than 100 words.

8. Come up with a two (2)-minute persuasive speech video on the Relevance


of Purposive Communication in the New Normal Scheme of Learning
(Decent backdrop and audible sound effects are required for the video
discussion).
