1. Fifty percent (50%) deposit is required before signing the contract.
2. The balance of Fifty percent (50%) shall be paid upon delivery of the items.
3. Validity Price in this quotation is good for three (3) days form the date quoted.
4. Payment should be made payable to MCT Steel Fabrication.
5. In case of failure of payment, the Vendee agreed to pay an interest of 2.5% per month as charge of all overdue accounts.
Another 2.5% of the unpaid amount will be charged as Attorney’s Fee and cost of collection. In case of Litegation, the parties
