    EXPLANATION
    Complete this lab as follows:

    1. Compress the D:\Graphics folder.


    a. From the Windows taskbar, select File Explorer.
    b. Maximize the window for better viewing.
    c. From the left pane, expand and select This PC > Data (D:).
    d. Right-click the Graphics folder and then select Properties.
    e. From the General tab, select Advanced.
    f. Select Compress contents to save disk space and then select OK.
    g. Select OK to close the Graphics Properties dialog. The Confirm Attribute Changes dialog is shown.
    h. Make sure that Apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files is selected; then select OK.
    2. From the D:\Tools folder, configure the Audacity-64bit.exe and the Snagit.exe programs to have the Read-only attribute.
    a. Double-click Tools to view this folder's contents.
    b. Right-click [file_name].exe and then select Properties.
    c. Select Read-only and then select OK.
    d. Repeat steps 2b and 2c to configure attributes for the second file.
    3. Hide the D:\Finances folder.
    a. From the left pane, expand and select This PC > Data (D:).
    b. Right-click Finances and then select Properties.
    c. For Attributes, select Hidden and then select OK.
    d. Make sure that Apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files is selected; then select OK.
