    RESPONSE TO AUDIT AND INVENTORY COMMITTEE REPORT

    1. RENTALS

     Regarding with Ms. Elisa Dela Cruz who does not have an escalation fee, it’s because her
    renewal will be on October 5, 2023. We stop the escalation fee of rentals from 2020-2022 due
    to pandemic and resume only this year with the directive of BOD.
     Regarding with the effectivity of escalation fee of Mr. Nathaniel Suanino, manager Rosario
    Coronado instruct me to emit the effectivity due to pandemic since she don’t know when will
    resume the escalation.
     For Palawan payment record, the treasury department does not yet give me the copy of the
    payment.
     Regarding with Miscellany Contract, I apologize because I overlook the renewal due to my
    workload (preparation for G.A, renewal of permits, submission of Alphalist in BIR, preparing the
    letter for GYRT renewal and CAPR). I sincerely apologize for my shortcomings.

    2. NO BREAK OVERTIME

     Staff having “No break time overtime” only when their respective partner is on leave or there is
    no reliever and there will no substitute to do their work if they are on break.
