Dear Ma’am / Sir,

We sincerely regret for the collection's delay. We acknowledge that we have made mistakes. This is

concerning because there hasn't been a sufficient employee turnover and also because our collector had

a bronchial asthma and other respiratory infections. It required some time for a complete reconciliation

of receivables due to the abrupt personnel changes without adequate turnover, which made it difficult

to pick up the check on time.

At Honda Cars Cavite, we take pleasure in assuring the satisfaction of our every customers and partners.

Sadly we fell short on your expectations. We’ve taken action to make sure that this won’t happen again

in the future as proof of our commitment to excellence.

Again, we truly apologize for the delay we made and regret any convenience it may have caused. We
